Home / Shropshire Hills Walks

The Shropshire Hills walks are some of the best in the country. The landscape is unparalleled – on any walk you can go from open fields to meadow, into woodland, through pretty villages of half timbered houses and out into moorland and heather. An everywhere you go there are amazing views – the Shropshire Hills probably has as many distinct hilltops as any area part from the Lakes. And unlike the lakes you will be avoiding the crowds – on of the beauties of walking in this area is that you can go for miles without seeing another soul.

The Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre, Bishops Castle, Ludlow and Much Wenlock are all great places to start.
