DM Walls Butchers, Ludlow is probably the towns most well known butchers. The family run shop was opened  in 1952, and there is a second shop in Craven Arms. It is the home of the renowned ‘Ludlow Sausage’, which are prepared with a secret recipe passed on down the generations. Other produce includes rare breed cattle, free range poultry, local breed pigs including wild boar crosses, and a range of game meets including venison, pheasants and partridge.
